Brewington, a proud Prince Georges County native, helped create an uplifting atmosphere that honored the voices and potential of young people. After a buffet style brunch, the youth were guided through breathing techniques for emotional regulation, and a planning and vision casting workshop. These themes reinforced the importance of holistic growthmind, body, and spiritand provided youth with tangible tools for course-plotting both their present and future.
